March is there, new season, new Canadian artist and new eggs fron Hungary...

Here is a craftman coming from the Great North : We met Michael during a visit in Dawson City, Yukon, Canada last year. We could appreciate his drawings and sculptures on moose antlers presented in his nation's heritage center. Michael has a very original style: he uses only one unique line for a complete drawing and he applies the same rule when carving a complete antler.

Today, we are very proud to present you a more "transportable" face of his talent: jewelleries made of carved moose antlers pieces:

Michael Mason is a member of the first nation Tr'ondëk who used to live at the place of the future town of the gold rush. The name Tr'ondëk has been pronounced "Klondike" by english speakers.
That's why now we know the Klondike gold rush...

Easter is coming quickly, chocolate... eggs...

This month we present new eggs: the goose eggs carved by Veronika Joo (Hungary) : the shell is carved using acid. This technic allow to have several layers of relief or creating holes!
