We had the occasion his drawings and carving on moose antler in the heritage center of his Nation. Michael has a very original style : He uses only one line for all the drawing and applies the same rule when he engraves a complete antler. His drawings have no beginning and no end ... Karen Rhebergen, Yukon territory (Canada)

Karen Rhebergen, Batik Karen was born in Napanee, Ontario. She always wanted to be an artist.
Every placed she lived in or visited inspired her.
Today, she lives in Whitehorse, no other place than Yukon impressed her.

Now, Karen expressed herself through batik because this is a technic close to life with its difficulties and good surprises.

Virginie Hamel, young francophon painter

Virginie Hamel, Whitehorse, Yukon I studied in Quebec theater production with specialization on costumes and decorations. This gives me inspiration to create with original materials. Subjects of my paintings can vary but usually I like to explore the thematic of dream, imagination, childhood.

Stefan Wackerhagen, photographer

Stefan was born in Germany, he is one of the first to cross the frozen Baïkal lake on foot!
Then he immigrated to Canada to finally come to Yukon where he works as a guide for travel in wild spaces. He also organises his own projects. With photography he can capture unique experiences.
